In order to qualify for a refund the following conditions must be met:

• Product must be returned in original packaging and be in re-saleable condition
• Product returned, inspected, and found to be without defect will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the order (or $10.00 wichever is greates) including the freight charge of the return.

If the wrong item was shipped, or there is a manufacturing defect the product will be picked up.

Once the product is received back it will be inspected.  If the inspection report corresponds to the reason for return a refund will be issued to your credit card or you can choose to have a replacement sent.

Please note, replacements will only be sent out after items are received back and inspection is completed.  We recommend you reorder items that are needed immediatly.
